I agree with you completely about this dis...Hello! I agree with you completely about this dish being better the next day! I made it yesterday thinking we would have it for dinner but it wasn't done (I have a slow slow cooker) so we had to refrigerate over night and save for today.<br />I followed the recipe in "Slow Cooker Revolution" which has some changes such as more ginger and a can of coconut milk verses yogurt. Tasting last night verses this morning and I would also say that the flavor has truly improved!<br /> I ended up adding more salt to the recipe.
